Olivet College hosts a number of conferences, camps, workshops and lectures throughout the year. Facilities including three residence halls, classrooms, apartment-style housing, lecture rooms, an auditorium and athletic complex are available to accommodate your event.

Dole Hall’s Klock Commons – Suitable for large meetings, formal meals
(capacity is 96 for meals and workshops, 140 for lecture-style events)

Burrage Library Lecture Room – Suitable for meetings, lectures and workshops
(capacity is 40 for meetings, 50 for lecture-style events)

Burrage Library Insurance Room – Suitable for small meetings;
seats 15 at a large conference table

Mott Academic Center and Conservatory classrooms – Suitable for meetings;
most classrooms are equipped with SMART technology; capacities range from 15 to 50

Mott Auditorium – Suitable for large lectures and workshops. 
SMART technology equipped (capacity is 400)

Mott room 110 (small auditorium) – Suitable for lectures and workshops. 
SMART technology equipped (capacity is 150)

Kirk Center Oaks Dining Room – Suitable for dinners (formal or informal)
and meetings with meals or coffee/snack sets (seats 10 to 80)

Kirk Center Main Dining Room – Suitable for large dinners (formal or informal);
seats 250 comfortably. Available after 7:30 p.m. or check for open dates.

Facilities available June 1-August 1:

Shipherd Hall – Residence hall, air conditioned, two-room suites share a bathroom, computer lab, game room and laundry facilities available upon request (capacity is 294)

Dole Hall – Residence hall, community bathrooms, laundry facilities, fitness center, computer/TV room available upon request (capacity is 135)

Blair Hall – Residence hall , community bathrooms, laundry facilities, computer lab, TV lounge (capacity is 150)

Gillette Student Village – Eight units, four single-bedroom townhouses, furnished, air conditioned, laundry facilities in each unit, two full baths per unit

Upton and MacKay Gymnasiums – regulation-size gymnasiums in connected buildings; suitable for sports camps or large youth events

Cutler Athletic Complex/Cutler Event Center – sports complex (track, baseball, softball, soccer and turf football field). The field house is air conditioned with bleacher seating for 900, a regulation-size basketball court, two main hoops and four portable hoops, 100-meter indoor track and an additional 20,000 square feet of synthetic sports flooring
