About the Department
The programs offered in the Health and Human Performance Department are designed to prepare you for a wide variety of careers in fields such as fitness and sports management, physical education, coaching and more. Course work in a major reflects a balance between classes designed to provide the fundamentals of instruction, skills pertinent to the profession, and an understanding of how the body
