Wayne Buletza, assistant professor of education and director of the Special Education Program, began teaching at Olivet College in 2007.

He teaches courses in behavior management, methods in teaching the emotionally impaired, foundations of American education, education psychology and education of the exceptional learner.

Prior to Olivet, he served as associate superintendent for Eaton Intermediate School District (ISD). Buletza has also worked as the director of special education services and the special education supervisor for Eaton ISD and is an experienced K-12 educator of emotionally impaired students.

He earned a bachelor’s in elementary and special education, a master’s in educational psychology and doctor of education degree from Western Michigan University.
