HALL OF FAME NOMINATION FORM

Nominations are now being accepted from alumni and friends of the college for selection and induction into the Olivet College Athletic Hall of Fame, Class of 2007.

Listed below are the categories for nominees and the criteria:

Olivet College Student-Athlete

Must be an Olivet College graduate

Must have earned at least two (2) varsity letters at Olivet

Must have demonstrated a continuing interest in Olivet after graduation

Olivet College Coach

Must have coached at Olivet for a minimum of five years

Must have been a consistent supporter of Olivet athletics

Olivet Community Member

Consistent supporter of Olivet athletics through their time, efforts and/or financial support

Who may nominate? Any alumni or friend of Olivet College athletics. We do ask that you provide the selection committee with supporting information for your nominee.
