John
Miller is in his third season as head volleyball
coach at Olivet College.
Miller came to
Olivet after working five years at Kellogg
Community College (KCC) in Battle Creek. In
2005, he served as the Bruins' head volleyball
coach and from 2001-04, he was an assistant
coach. In 2005, Miller led KCC to a 52-9 overall
record and a perfect 12-0 record in the Michigan
Community College Athletic Association (MCCAA)
Western Conference. For his efforts, he was
selected as the MCCAA Western Conference Coach
of the Year, MCCAA Coach of the Year and NJCAA
Region XII, District E Coach of the Year.
Miller earned a
bachelor's degree in 1996 from Western Michigan
University, where he is pursuing a master's
degree.
Miller resides in
Marshall with wife, Noelle.

Mike Loveless
Assistant Coach |
Mike Loveless is in his second season as an assistant volleyball coach. In addition to his coaching duties, he is a claims representative for State Farm Insurance in Kalamazoo.
Prior to joining the Olivet staff this year, Loveless was a volleyball coach in Marshall Public Schools the last 18 years, including the last five years as the head varsity coach.
Loveless lives in Marshall with wife, Gina. They have three children, Brittany (21), Kameron (19) and Alex (18).

Kelly Offrink
Assistant Varsity and Head Junior Varsity Coach

Kelly Offrink is in her second year as the assistant varsity and head junior varsity volleyball coach. In addition, she serves as an instructor in the Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Sport Department of the college and a health/physical education teacher at Maple Valley junior and senior high schools.
Offrink’s volleyball coaching experience includes seven years as the head varsity coach at Maple Valley High School, two years as the head varsity coach at Bellevue High School and two years as the assistant varsity coach at Ravenna High School.
Offrink earned a bachelor’s degree from Olivet in 1999 and a master’s degree from Marygrove College in 2003. She transferred to Olivet after playing two years of volleyball at Muskegon Community College. She was also a two-year letterwinner on Olivet’s volleyball team.
Offrink resides in Olivet with husband, Andy.
