Introduction
Career specialists are trained undergraduates who help their peers with challenges related to career development. Career mentors are also available to help students prepare for and explore professional opportunities. In the process of assisting others, the specialists enhance their own career plans. Career specialists work with major seminar instructors to make presentations and present workshops on time management, critical thinking, resume critique and other career planning topics.
Job and internship postings - on- and off -campus job and internship opportunities are posted on bulletin boards throughout campus and on the Career Services Network's Web site. Consultation is available to students (before they pursue job and internship postings) needing assistance with this resource.
