Application for Provisional Admission to the
Master of Arts in Teaching Degree Program
Requirements:
 - Successful completion of ED 470 Initial Portfolio Seminar
 - Successful completion of ED 471 IDP
 - Official transcript from the college or university granting the applicant’s bachelor’s degree and official transcripts reflecting records of any graduate work previously undertaken or
completed
 - Verification of teaching certificate
 - One letter of recommendation from building principal or supervisor (form provided)
 - Completion of advisement / request for formal admission form

Apply for the Master of Business Administration Program
Admission Requirements:
To apply for the MBA program, applicants must:

· Have earned a 3.0 or higher (4.0 scale) overall grade point average in the applicant's undergraduate degree

· Have an official 4-year undergraduate degree transcript mailed directly to Olivet College Admissions from the granting institution

· Have at least 2 years professional experience in the field of insurance or risk management (after earning the undergraduate degree)

· Complete the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) earning a score of 500 or greater, and have official score sent directly to the Olivet College Admissions. Go to www.mba.com/mba/thegmat to schedule the exam.

· Have letters of recommendation mailed directly from two professionals or academics who can comment on the applicant’s abilities, talents, and aptitude for graduate study, to Olivet College Admissions

Prospective Students Must Submit the Following:
1. an application online to Olivet College Admissions
2. a resume

International Students
If you have not applied to Olivet College before and would like to do so, complete the online application. You will be notified by email after your application is submitted.

Please note: I-20 forms cannot be issued by Olivet College until funds have been transferred for your tuition. Your award letter will follow your acceptance letter and will inform you of the amount needed. It will also explain how and where to transfer funds. If for some reason, you don't receive a visa your funds will be returned to you.
