Olivet College is hosting a ceramic smoke firing workshop in October at the college’s Riethmiller Blackman Art Building. Registration is limited to the first 15 applicants.

Artists will sculpt their vessels with instructor Sid Paradine, adjunct instructor of art, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 1. Smoke firing will take place from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Oct. 15. The cost is $25 per person.
