Olivet College to feature Etched in Clay: Pottery by Jim Gottuso

Olivet College is hosting an art exhibition featuring the work of potter Jim Gottuso Thursday, Sept. 6 through Saturday, Sept. 29 at the Riethmiller Blackman Art Building’s Kresge Art Gallery on campus. The exhibition, titled “Etched in Clay: Pottery by Jim Gottuso,” is free and open to the public. In addition, a demonstration workshop will take place Saturday, Sept. 29 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with an artist’s reception from 7 to 9 p.m. at the gallery. Both of these events coincide with the college’s Homecoming celebration. Gallery hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday. For more information about the exhibition, call (269) 749-7627.
