Olivet College to feature Rowe in first art exhibition of the 2013-14 academic year

The Olivet College Visual Arts Department is hosting its first art exhibition of the 2013-14 acaemic year. “Don Rowe: Landscapes and Color Studies,” takes place Thursday, Sept. 5 through Friday, Oct. 4 at the Kresge Art Gallery, located in the college’s Riethmiller Blackman Art Building. There will be an artist’s reception at the gallery Saturday, Sept. 14 from 7 to 9 p.m. Both events are free and open to the public.

Rowe, professor emeritus, taught art at Olivet College from 1968 to 2012. He has exhibited his work in art shows throughout the country, including Arkansas, Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, North Dakota and Texas.
