Olivet College choral program to perform

OLIVET, Mich. The Olivet College Womens Chorale and the Olivet Choir will perform on Sunday, Oct. 5 at 3 p.m. at the Olivet Congregational Church. The program, titled From Bach to Broadway, is free and open to the public. Under the direction of Timothy Flynn, Ph.D., music program director, the Olivet Womens Chorale will sing a variety of madrigals, as well as art songs and motets for treble choir by Mendelssohn, Britten and Faur. The choir will perform favorite choral works by Handel, Mozart and Schubert, along with selections from Oklahoma by Rogers. Ramona Kime Graessle, Ph.D., an adjunct associate professor of music, will accompany the performers on piano. « Back
