OLIVET, Mich.Mike Green, Collegiate Consultants on Drugs and Alcohol president, will present on drug and alcohol use and abuse as part of Olivet Colleges Lecture and Symposium Series Wednesday, Jan. 21 at 1:30 p.m. in the colleges Upton Center. The event is free and open to the public.

Green has presented at numerous campuses nationwide in an effort to make drug and alcohol awareness and education an integral part of a students life. He serves as a consultant to the student affairs and athletic departments of numerous universities, including Boston College, Brown University, Florida State University, Hobart College, Pennsylvania State University, Princeton and the University of Vermont.

Sponsored by Olivets Athletic Department, Office of Community Life and a grant from the National Collegiate Athletic Association, this is the second of a two-part program that the colleges Drug Education Committee organizes as part of the intercollegiate athletics drug education program.
