OLIVET, Mich.The Olivet College chapter of Sigma Tau Delta, an international English honor society, recently inducted six new members.

The following Olivet students were inducted: Monica Boeneman of Gladwin; Tonja Hewitt of Olivet; Teresa Kalisz of Marshall; Michael Mikalakis of Jeddo; Eric Murray of Marshall; and Sharon Thurlow of Gladwin.

Members of Sigma Tau Delta must be enrolled as English majors or minors and have taken a minimum of two courses in English, have a grade point average of at least 3.00 in English, rank in the top 35 percent of their class and completed at least three semesters of college coursework.
