Olivet College receives its largest gift at $2.5 million
Jun 28, 2004

Olivet, Mich. – Dave Cutler, a 1965 Olivet College graduate and native of DeWitt, has given a $2.5 million lead gift for construction of an indoor field house at the colleges athletic and recreation facility. The three-year contribution, which marks the largest single gift in Olivets history, has been made in conjunction with the colleges ongoing Heritage Campaign: Responsible Liberal Arts. The campaign is designed to generate a variety of campus improvements to encourage and promote academic excellence and athletic achievement.

The Olivet College community is extremely grateful to Dave Cutler for his generosity and support toward the school and our athletic programs, said Olivet President Don Tuski. The positive impact this first-class facility will have on our students, faculty, staff, alumni and surrounding community will be tremendous.
