OLIVET, Mich.The Olivet College chapter of Sigma Tau Delta, an international English honor society, recently inducted nine new members.

The following Olivet students were inducted: Rachael Bohms of Bellevue; Heather Boultinghouse of Gowen; Tamara Calkins of Olivet; Elizabeth Flanary of Howell; Amanda Green of Bellevue; Ann Grimm of Lansing; Dlynn Kowalk of Charlotte; Stephanie Reed of Dimondale; and Heather Zaremba of Marshall.

Members of Sigma Tau Delta must be enrolled as English majors or minors and have taken a minimum of two courses in English. Students must also have a grade point average of at least 3.00 in English courses, rank in the top 35 percent of their class and have completed at least three semesters of college coursework.
