Olivet College to host Parents’ Day

Olivet College is hosting Parents Day Saturday, Nov. 6 beginning at 10 a.m. with a brunch in Dole Halls Klock Commons. As part of the brunch, President Donald Tuski, Ph.D., will speak about fostering a culture of responsibility on campus. Teresa Williams, Ph.D., vice president and dean of student life, will address national trends in student life vs. student life at Olivet College. The cost for brunch is $10, payable at the door. Campus tours are available following the event. Parents are also invited to watch the Olivet football team play Wisconsin Lutheran College at 1 p.m. at the Cutler Athletic Complex. Olivet College Campus Activities is hosting a Club Casino as a conclusion to Parents Day from 7 – 10 p.m. in MacKay Gymnasium. Parents, students and the community are invited to use fantasy money to play black jack, roulette, craps, Texas holdem poker and slot machines. Participants can also enjoy an oxygen bar.
