OLIVET, Mich. Chad Lycos has been named associate director of financial aid at Olivet College, according to an announcement by Douglas Gilbertson, director of student administrative services.

Lycos is responsible for meeting with students and parents to advise them of financial aid programs.

Prior to coming to Olivet, he worked for 11 years in the financial aid office at Lansing Community College (LCC), serving in many capacities including financial aid advising, funds management and systems administration.

Lycos earned a bachelors degree in business administration from Northwood University in Midland and an associates degree in religious studies from LCC.

Lycos and his wife, Anita, and their three children, reside in Lansing.
