OLIVET, Mich.The Olivet College chapter of Sigma Tau Delta, an international English honor society, recently inducted three new members.

The inductees include: Erin Bolinger, a senior from Battle Creek; Emily Burdette, a teacher certification student from Battle Creek; and Caroline Chard, a senior from Union City.

Members of Sigma Tau Delta must be enrolled as English majors or minors and have taken a minimum of two courses in English. Students must also have a grade point average of at least 3.00 in English courses, rank in the top 35 percent of their class and have completed at least three semesters of college coursework.
