Olivet College to present music faculty recital Jan. 22

OLIVET, Mich. The Olivet College music program is presenting a faculty recital in the Margaret Upton Conservatory of Music Recital Hall Sunday, Jan. 22 at 3 p.m. The event, which is free and open to the public, features Timothy Flynn, Ph.D., music program director and assistant professor of music, piano; Jeananne Nichols, assistant professor of music, flute; and Ramona Kime Graessle, Ph.D., adjunct associate professor of music, piano. Other performers include several adjunct instructors of instrumental music: Joyce Besch, bassoon; Jon Gewirtz, saxophone; Courtney Gilson-Piercey, soprano; Michael Haisten, trombone; and Craig Suhusky, clarinet. The faculty will perform the music of Claude Bolling, Moritz Moskowski, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Franz Schubert. For more information, call (269) 749-7660. « Back
