Top five seniors recognized at Olivet College honors program

OLIVET, Mich. Olivet College recognized the best of its student body at the annual Honors Convocation Wednesday, April 5 in the colleges Mott Auditorium. The Donald A. Morris Awards are presented each year to the top five graduating seniors with the highest grade point averages. The 2005-06 recipients are Courtney Clift of Bellevue, Coleen Dziurlikowski of Westland, Marie Gouba of Novi, Stephanie Green of Leroy and Tyler LaFountain of Marshall. Clift is a personal interest major with a triple minor in health, physical education, recreation and sport (HPERS), language arts and speech. Dziurlikowski is a double major in psychology and sociology/anthropology. Gouba is a vocal music education major at the secondary level and a non-teaching music major with a double minor in music performance and theatre. Green is a business administration major with an accounting concentration and mathematics minor. LaFountain is a history elementary education major and HPERS minor. The awards are named after Donald A. Morris Award, who served as Olivets president from 1977-92. « Back
