OLIVET, Mich. The Olivet College visual arts program is hosting a sculpture exhibition of Ken Thompsons work Thursday, Oct. 19 through Tuesday, Dec. 5 in the Olivet College Art Gallery. The exhibit, open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., is free and open to the public.

The show will feature sculptures in metal and stone by Thompson, who has been making sculpture for more than 25 years and owns Flatlanders Sculpture Supply & Art Galleries in Blissfield.

Thompson holds a master of liberal studies in sculpture from the University of Toledo and a bachelor of fine arts in painting from Siena Heights College in Adrian.
