Christian rock band, Broken Yoke, to perform at Olivet College

OLIVET, Mich. The Christian rock band, Broken Yoke, will perform at Olivet College, Wednesday, Oct. 18 at 7 p.m. in Mott Auditorium. Earlier in the day, band members will give a presentation on decision-making at 1:30 p.m., in the auditorium. Both events are free and open to the public. The seminar will focus on how to recognize the difference between large and small decisions; how to find the motivation to make good decisions; and how these decisions affect everyone involved. Broken Yoke was created in 1998 by Jon and Tom Lepinski. They were joined by Matt Sawmiller six months later. The band, which is originally from the Lima, Ohio area, has recorded three CDs and has played concerts with such Christian bands as Newsboys, Jars of Clay and Pillar.
