Olivet College to present faculty collage recital Jan. 28

OLIVET, Mich. The Olivet College music program is presenting a faculty collage recital Sunday, Jan. 28 at 3 p.m. in the Margaret Upton Conservatory of Music Recital Hall. The event is free and open to the public. The faculty will be performing music by Chopin, Gershwin, Grieg, Grondahl, Handel, Muczynski and Puccini. Members participating in the recital include: Julia DeRosa, adjunct instructor of music, soprano; Timothy Flynn, Ph.D., music program director and assistant professor of music, piano; Jon Gewirtz, adjunct instructor of music, saxophone; Ramona Kime Graessle, Ph.D., adjunct associate professor of music, piano; Roger Humphrey, adjunct instructor of music, guitar; Jeananne Nichols, D.M.A., director of instrumental studies and assistant professor of music, flute; Dan Spencer, adjunct instructor of music, trombone; and Craig Suhusky, adjunct instructor of music, clarinet.
