OLIVET, Mich. The Albion College Symphonic Band and Olivet College Wind Ensemble will present two concerts together titled, Monuments. On Wednesday, Feb. 7, the musical groups will perform at the Goodrich Chapel on Albions campus at 8 p.m., and on Thursday, Feb. 8, they will perform in the Olivet Community Schools Auditorium at 7:30 p.m. The concerts are free and open to the public.

Under the direction of Samuel McIlhagga, Albions director of bands, and Jeananne Nichols, Olivets assistant professor of music and director of instrumental studies, the symphonic band and wind ensemble will perform music by Leonard Bernstein, Johannes Brahms, Henry Filmore, Paul Hindermith and Gustav Holst.
