Justin Smelter has been named an admissions representative at Olivet College, according to an announcement by Larry Vallar, vice president for enrollment management. He is responsible for recruiting prospective students to Olivet.

Smelter earned a bachelor’s degree from Olivet this spring. Prior to graduating, Smelter worked with the college’s Office of Enrollment Management for three years, where he helped develop a more efficient way of contacting athletic coaches; conducted campus tours for potential students; and assembled marketing material.

He resides in Olivet.
