Olivet College wins design awards

Bruce Snyder, director of publications and Web services at Olivet College was recently recognized by the Council for Advancement and Support of Education District V (CASE V) for his creation of the college’s campaign brochure and DVD. Snyder, who lives in Battle Creek, won a silver award in the Excellence in Design for Brochures category and a bronze award in the Best Video/DVD/CD-ROM for Fundraising, Alumni Relations or Commercial Spots category. Snyder worked with staff members from WLNS-TV 6 in Lansing to create the DVD.

The Pride of CASE V Awards are presented each year and honor institutions and individuals who demonstrate outstanding achievement in the concept and execution of advancement programs and communications.

CASE V is comprised of institutional advancement professionals from Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio and Wisconsin. These professionals are involved in educational fundraising, administration, communications, government relations and student recruitment. Many college and university presidents, school heads, deans and other administrators are also member representatives.
