Johnson named admissions representative at Olivet College

Alvin Johnson has been named an admissions representative at Olivet College, according to an announcement by Larry Vallar, vice president for enrollment management. He is responsible for recruiting prospective students to Olivet. Johnson has more than 10 years of teaching experience in the Detroit area. He’s also been the director of music for the St. Benedict School in Highland Park for 10 years. Johnson earned a bachelor’s degree from Olivet College in 1987. He resides in Albion with his wife and three children.
