Ian Tuski, a senior at Interlochen Center for the Arts, will perform a classical guitar recital Thursday, March 27 at 7:30 p.m. in the Margaret Upton Conservatory of Music Recital Hall. The event is free and open to the public.

During the recital, Tuski will perform selections from Johann Kaspar Mertz, Leo Brouwer, Johann Sebastian Bach, Francisco Tarrega, Augustin Barrios, Sylvius Leopold Weiss and Roland Dyens.

Tuski, of Olivet, has studied under guitarists John Wunsch and Brad DeRoche, as well as Roger Humphrey, adjunct instructor of music (guitar) at Olivet College. He has also taken master classes with acclaimed artists Denis Azabagic, Rene Izquierdo and Jason Vieaux.
