Rial named customer service specialist at Olivet College

Kelly Rial has been named customer service specialist at Olivet College, according to an announcement by Larry Vallar, vice president for enrollment management.

She is responsible for providing customer service to students and visitors of Olivet College, as well as assisting staff and faculty with general administrative duties.

Rial previously worked as a retail sales merchandiser for Hersheys Chocolate, where she managed sales, merchandising and customer service in grocery and convenience stores throughout southwest Michigan. She has also served as retail representative for Acosta Sales and Marketing in Grand Rapids, sales associate at Cricket Communications in Battle Creek and account representative for Midwest Radio Group in Portage.

She is a resident of Battle Creek.
