McPhail named to Olivet College Board of Trustees

Charles McPhail has been elected to the Olivet College Board of Trustees, according to an announcement by Board Chair David Hayhow. He will serve a four-year term. McPhail is a 1964 graduate of Olivet College and resident of Houston, Texas. He is chairman and chief executive of Texas Steel Conversion, a privately held company that specializes in custom steel pipe manufacturing. McPhail also serves as chairman, president and chief executive of JoyVer, Inc., a boutique finance company that specializes in managing private family trust funds and the acquisition of residential Non-Performing Mortgage Loan Notes and real estate owned properties. The Olivet College Board of Trustees pursues policies and programs in accord with the colleges academic vision of Education for Individual and Social Responsibility.
