Osborn named customer service specialist at Olivet College

Joanne Osborn has been named a customer service specialist at Olivet College, according to an announcement by Larry Vallar, vice president for enrollment management. She is responsible for providing customer service to students and visitors of Olivet College, as well as assisting staff and faculty with general administrative duties.

Osborn earned a bachelors degree from Olivet in May. Prior to graduating, she worked with the colleges Student Services Center, providing customer service for students, parents and employees. She also worked in the Olivet College Bookstore for three years, where she was responsible for customer service, inventory and managing student schedules. In 2008, she was named Olivet College Student Employee of the Year.

Osborn resides in Olivet.
