Volunteer opportunities are sponsored through academic departments and administrative offices as well as the Campus Programs and Events Office, the Office of Service Learning, current clubs and organizations and the Greek system. Students who demonstrate a commitment to service may apply for the Olivet College Community Responsibility Scholarship valued at up to $2,000 per year.

There are numerous volunteer opportunities in Olivet and the surrounding communities. Becoming involved in the community is one way students can enhance their learning while at Olivet. Through volunteerism, students can identify and understand civic and social challenges of our world and act with others to make our society more livable, humane and just. In addition, community service provides leadership opportunities.
