A group of volunteers will be available to assist those with disabilities and mobility limitations during the hours that the Festival Grounds is open. If you require support during that time, please call 269-749-7911 and a campus safety officer will connect you to a member of the volunteer accessibility team.
*Please note that these services are dependent upon the availability and capabilities of the volunteer team. We’ll do our best to help you access all Homecoming activities but may not be able to remove all barriers.
Portable restroom facilities are located within the Festival Grounds. There will be one wheelchair-accessible portable facility and two to four standard facilities at each end of the Festival Grounds.
Parking for those with government issued handicapped parking stickers will be available directly adjacent to the Festival Grounds, as well as in front of Cutler Event Center, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Those who do not possess a handicapped parking sticker but who have mobility limitations may request an “Accessible Parking” pass ahead of time through the Office of Alumni Engagement. Those with “Accessible Parking” passes will have access to the parking adjacent to the Festival Grounds only and will still be subject to availability.
Due to the limitations of staffing and resources, no “Accessible Parking” passes will be issued during Homecoming weekend.
To request an “Accessible Parking” pass, please email the Office of Alumni Engagement at email@example.com no later than Friday, Sept. 13
