“I am very excited and honored to be selected for the Dean of Student Engagement role,” Radford-Popp said. “My passion for student success and campus engagement throughout my career provides a strong foundation for me to serve the students, staff and faculty at Olivet College in this transformational leadership role. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to lead a team of students, professional staff and faculty members that put students and their success at the center of all that we do, as well as promote experiential learning opportunities to engage in intellectual, personal, social, ethical and spiritual development inside and outside the classroom.

“Through my interactions with current and former students, staff, faculty and alumni, it has been clear to me that Olivet College is indeed a special place. I am very enthusiastic to build a vibrant student community and to foster a campus culture that thrives as a strong liberal arts experience for all that choose to call Olivet College home.”

Radford-Popp holds a Ph.D. in higher, adult and lifelong education from Michigan State University. She also has a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Radford University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Washington & Jefferson College.
