Five Steps to Becoming a Professional or Graduate Student at Olivet College

1. Apply

Complete your application for free at www.olivetcollege.edu/apply. When applying, be sure to submit your transcripts and supplemental material for your program to complete the application process.

2. Check the Application Status Page

Once you have completed your application, you will have access to your application status page, where you can see your application and financial aid checklists, as well as view important documents sent to you throughout the admissions process.

Log in at www.olivetcollege.edu/status using your username (your email) and password you created when you applied. It’s important that you remember your login information so you can track your application status and ensure all required forms and documents have been received by our admissions and financial aid teams.

3. Complete the FAFSA

Starting Oct. 1, you will have the opportunity to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at www.fafsa.gov. We encourage all students to submit the FAFSA and add Olivet College (Code: 002308) to see what federal aid you’re eligible for.

4. Reserve your seat

When you’re ready to “SAY YES” to Olivet College and officially reserve your seat, a $75 deposit is required. The deposit can be made through your application status page at www.olivetcollege.edu/status. Once your deposit is received and processed, you will be able to complete your online orientation and register for classes.

5. Complete online orientation and register for classes

Our Online Orientation is a great time to continue connecting with campus and finalize all details prior to the start of the academic semester. You will have the chance to learn more about Olivet College and the resources that are available to you as an online learner. You will work with our orientation instructor through Blackboard giving you the foundation to be successful in your courses.
