About the Program

A degree in fitness management will prepare you for a wide variety of careers. You’ll learn to implement and assess a variety of health fitness measures, develop an exercise program, design a complete fitness management plan that evaluates the essential administrative aspects, and evaluate individual efforts toward maintaining a healthy and physically active lifestyle.

I picked fitness management because I am very interested in helping people live the life that they want but in a healthier way. I also picked this major because it is very versatile — I can do a lot with it. Lastly, I picked this major because it allows me to work in an environment that I love to be in. Olivet is an amazing school and I would encourage anyone who is interested in fitness management to attend. — Madison, fitness management major
