Bailey Schwartz
Dole Hall Director; Coordinator of Women's Programs
Bailey Schwartz is the Dole Hall Director and Coordinator of Women’s Programming. Bailey oversees the Keyes-Barber-Benedict (KBB) Scholars Program and the Women’s Leadership Institute and the sexual assault prevention initiatives on campus. Bailey joined Olivet College in 2022. She enjoys working on a small campus because she gets to help craft and carve out the college experiences for and with students.
Bailey has a passion for social justice, environmental justice, and equity. She was born and raised in Michigan. She briefly lived in Indianapolis while she earned her master’s degree in social work. Bailey is a first-generation college student.
