Doug Kellar serves as vice president for enrollment management at Olivet College. A native of Ohio, his career in higher education began in 1987 as an admissions counselor at Muskingum College in New Concord. Doug worked in the admission office at Muskingum for the next 13 years, advancing in the enrollment management field and serving as director of admissions during the last four years of his tenure. In 2000, Doug transitioned to the role of associate vice president for enrollment management at Albion College, and in 2007, he became the vice president for enrollment management.
Later, Doug took on a new charge in enrollment consulting with an emphasis on financial aid leveraging and retention strategies at Thiel College in Greenville, Pennsylvania. His responsibilities evolved into the role of interim vice president for finance and management, and he served in that position through 2012. Finally, Doug assumed the role of vice president for enrollment management at Heidelberg University in Tiffin, Ohio in 2013 before transitioning to his role at Olivet College.
