Joshua Gillespie serves as the director of career readiness and diversity strategic initiatives at Olivet College. In his role, Joshua works directly with student to help them be successful while on campus and beyond. He has a deep passion for higher education and extensive experience in the field. In his former role as assistant director of residence education and housing services at a Division 1 university, Joshua advised 50 different student organizations and served on the faculty for the “International Engagement Mexico” program.
