Tiana Bosley, Ph.D., serves as assistant professor of statistics at Olivet College. She teaches courses like Nature of Mathematics, College Algebra and Statistics, both for mathematics majors and other students taking the courses as part of the Liberal Arts. She especially enjoys the welcoming atmosphere on campus and building personal relationships with students through small class sizes.

Previously, Dr. Bosley was a part-time instructor at Wayne State University (WSU), focusing on biostatistics instruction and course design for the Department of Public Health. She also held several other roles at WSU throughout her early career, including mathematics resource center coordinator, program specialist, administrative assistant, upward bound coordinator and senior program records clerk.

Dr. Bosley holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, a master’s degree in applied mathematics, a graduate certificate in public health practice, and a Ph.D. in educational evaluation and research all from WSU.
