Welcome to Olivet College’s Mentor Collective

This program is designed for incoming Olivet College freshmen seeking to seamlessly transition to college, have a positive college journey and graduate with the tools to begin a successful career. As a member of the Mentor Collective, you will be paired with a current student or recent graduate of OC who has been in your shoes and wants to make a difference in your college journey. Your mentor will:

• Help guide you in your transition to college by answering all your questions.
• Have similar interests, hobbies and experiences as you.
• Meet or video chat with you on a regular basis.
• Support you in finding your fit on OC’s diverse and inclusive campus.
• Guide you in discovering your career path.
• Encourage you to set goals.
